Our Story

My Start in the Business

In the late 90s I did a 180 degree change in careers. I sold my martial arts schools and moved to beautiful Denver, CO where I enrolled in the Colorado Institute of Art in their budding Website Design program. I pursued this for 2 years at the end of which deciding I wanted to infuse some business skills into my education, transferred to the University of Colorado Denver’s MBA/IT program in 1999, garnering an MBA from that institution.

Always being a free spirit I gravitated from owning my business, to working for an upstart in order to get insight into the new online industry so I could later launch my own business.

The first business I had was a sole proprietorship where I was only offering website design services.

My Martial Arts Connection

Then, due to my connections to the martial arts “family”, which was a result of having participated in its sports competition and having been co-owner of 3 martial arts schools in the Washington Metropolitan area, a prominent business/consultant martial artist reached out to me to create his website which resulted in the creation of many martial arts websites. As a result of this relationship I was also able to contribute website related articles to Martial Arts Professional magazine.

Branching Out

In time, I realized that I needed to expand my services to other industries and for a different purpose than just showcasing their business.

I was creating websites that were great, but my clients needed help with content, and guidance with how to capture business from their website.

That fact is, the website presence landscape was changing, from just showing as an informative site to one that was generating leads, and potential prospects!

This is the time when I merged my business with Mike Dolpies to create CyberSpaceToYourPlace.com ( I get it! A lengthy URL!). So we created a synergy of marketing (Mike) and production (me), and we continued to help hundreds of businesses.

Status Quo

So, CyberSpaceToYourPlace.com still exists to service its existing clients and to create any new opportunities that come up.

New Beginnings

I am excited to share the launch of a new company, KCOR Creations, which will be offering all of the same services. There is a catch though, with the addition of a great videographer to our team, we will be adding that to our line-up.
